本文从银行资产和负债、国际结算、外汇资金、资本充足率管理等多角度具体分析了此次人民币升值给我国商业银行带来的影响。作者认为此次人民币小幅升值,既可以避免给整个国民经济造成较大的冲击,同时又有助于各经济行为主体增强防范汇率风险的意识。对金融中介的商业银行来说,不仅要加强自身的汇率风险管理能力,同时还要向市场提供规避汇率风险的产品。这对我国商业银行应对汇率风险提出了更高的要求。因此,如何尽快提高管理和驾驭汇率风险的能力和水平已成为中资银行的当务之急。

[This paper analyzed the effect of appreciation of RMB on Chinese commercial banks'assets and liabil ities, international settlement, management of capital adequacy ratio, etc. The author believed that the small apprecia tion of RMB should not make a heavy attack on the national economy, while help all economic participants pay much more attention to exchange rate risk. The commercial banks not only should strengthen their own abilities to manage exchange rate risk, but should provide more exchange rate derivatives to their clients. Therefore, it is the most ergent thing for them to promote the skills of managing market risks.]
